Predicting the Next Big Star.

Post by arkby70 »

Okay Cheeseheads, let's talk about the future! We all know Love's got the reins now, but who's gonna be the next breakout player on the Packers roster? I'm thinking maybe Doubs is gonna have a monster year, but I'm also keeping my eye on Van Ness. Dude's got potential written all over him. What do you guys think? Who's gonna surprise us this season and become a household name in Green Bay? Let's hear your predictions! Go Pack Go!

I do think this is gonna be the year for LVN. He’s turning 24 in July so just coming into his man strength era. We also hired a really bad DL coach last year that’s gone now so that’ll be an upgrade for him. It helps it’s going to be year 2 of a new scheme so all the players around him should be playing better with more familiarity.

I think Cooper is the obvious one though. I think everyone expects him to jump into that top 10 LB range. Maybe even better.

I also really expect Golden to just run away with this passing game and target share.

On defense it's Cooper.

On offense it's Kraft and Wicks.

Jordan Love.

His superstar trajectory has already been established.

I'll go with Cooper as well. He seems to be heading toward All-Pro status.

Cooper - Obvious reasons
Reed - I actually think he's going to make a big Year 3 jump as a route runner and will lead the team in receiving
Evan Williams - sky is the limit for this dude. 2024 draft will be known to produce 2 elite defensive players

Jacobs (if he’s not already), Reed, Kraft, Cooper.

Wildcard would be one of the 2nd string RBs: Wilson, Brooks, Lloyd

Concur on Reed and Williams. 2025 will be the next test for these guys. Reed is so great to watch play....a great weapon.

I am going to bet against any surprises, or any players taking a random giant leap forward. I think what we have seen is largely what we will get. We don't really do defensive player development in Green Bay.

I'll go with Golden, in the hopes that he is like Justin Jefferson or Brian Thomas from Day 1.

Tucker Kraft has to be the answer. TE's take a few years to come into their own. He should be right about to turn the corner and break out.
Cowboy up.
