Announced officially 205,000 people
Looked up last few years and was only 125k for night 1 in KC two years ago. Detroit had a bigger showing than GB.

Yeah GB is probably in that 3rd place range right behind Nashville at the moment in terms of Day 1 crowd size. Will be curious to see crowd size today and tomorrow if he can compete with Nasvhille for 2nd place overall on draft attendance.

GB won't compete against Detroit. They physically can't fit that many people.

could we get some moderation in here to get rid of conspiracy theory's, some in here are trying to have a adult conversation.

What is the usual night two crowd? Huge drop off or marginal or steady?

Seems generally fairly steady but a reduction from night 1. Like Detroit was 275 the first night and 225 the next night.

Raining and colder and $13 a beer, it’ll be less today for sure

I hope GB shows back up tonight. Dont care about the weekend. It was a rough look on tv when espn showed the crowd and 3/4s of the fans were leaving as soon as GB was finished picking. ESPN kept the camera up real close the rest of the night.

Def a success overall I would say though. I like how they did the draft room and the walkouts.

Everyone I know who traveled to GB for the draft last night made arrangements to be there again tonight, of course, many like me drink H2O or Louisville Sassperella :rotf: course soft drinks probably cost almost as much as a bruski

I bet we end up with close to 200K again tonight, not like Packer fans are that affected by weather, we thrive in it :aok:

They showed the entrance gates earlier on tv and the lines were 20 deep to get in already. Good sign for good turnout tonight.

It honestly felt like more ppl on Nashville then Detroit. Both were crazy awesome but Nashville was more. Detroit prob had the most accurate count bc you have to go through the security and the machines counted. Nashville didn't have that in town. Also many groups like ours could care less going to ground zero during the actual draft. That's for day time checking out the scenes.

As far as day 2 and 3. There might be less at the draft but I didn't think there was a drop in ppl in previous towns.

Glad to see green Bay is kicking ass.

For anyone there what other teams are well represented??? I saw tons of packer fans obviously but who else showed up

Ended up with about 175,000. Was looking for a bit we might hit capacity but not so. Great seeing you and @NCF
The Packers lunatic fringe is more visible because of sheer numbers. The Packers have one of the largest fan bases in all of sports. If the fringe percentage is the same as with other teams, then we end up with larger volumes of nut jobs. - JustJeff

It was a crazy awesome day. Looking forward to Day 2!

@BF004 , @NCF , @RingoCStarrQB @APB , have fun. I'll be i the Atrium again most of the time, but I do go outside sometimes. Was out there when Golden was picked.
I left Green Bay on Tuesday to watch on TV from home. My sister is there as a paid volunteer at the various NFL Experience venues. Today she's stationed on the north endzone end of the field inside the bowl where people kick FGs. She's having a blast being there.

I admit I was skeptical of the draft being in Green Bay. Just didn’t see it as that big of a deal outside of the economy boost.

But seems to be a resounding success and it brought many cool moments.

Bravo Mark Murphy.

The weirdest part of the whole week was that aside from Lambeau and bear vicinity, the entire city was dead. So many business owners planned on increased traffic, and it just didn't happen. Still so awesome for the city but I know a free people that are pretty disappointed that they didn't see any boost in revenue and actually took a loss.
