My concern is if the guys at positions we value are falling because of injury/personal red flags that have them removed from our board.

Mike Green (sexual assault), James Pearce (headcase, immaturity), John Simmons (knee, immaturity whispers), Walter Nolan (headcase, some stuff I haven't bothered to look into yet), Luther Burden (headcase, quitter), Max Hairston (sexual assault), and Will Johnson (knee--degenerative?) could feasibly all be off our boards or significantly discounted; whether you believe that is good or not, it very well may be the case.

If those aren't options, the likelihood that our options dry up early are significantly increased.
Immaturity is ok in 21 year olds that have been told how great they are for 7 or 8 years (or longer) and have their whole lives planned out for them (classes, daily schedule, meals, etc) as part of a D1 program. The other stuff isn't.

On TV tonite they showed the machine they use to quickly put the name on the jersey after the pick is announced by Goodell. They pre know the players hat size.

Met Nagler, Eisen, and Rappaport out tonight.

Sounds like from what I heard, just missed out on Kay.

Still work to do.

So of the people going.... how will you feel if the Packers trade out of the first round and don't make a pick in the home draft first round?
That…..would be lame as hell. I can hear Gute saying, “I have a job to do, I couldn’t be held hostage by the circumstances.”

Pick 23, make a pick or you won’t live it down.

I will say, the scene in GB sounds mad cool and fun rn. I wish I could be there without having to physically transport myself there, haha. I will just try to experience it vicariously through you guys.

Take lots of pics, and share!!

Was super fun atmosphere out all over. Weather was gorgeous at night. Stuff all over the city, bands everywhere. Thankfully Green Bay already had bar capacity to accommodate 300k people, so wasn’t super crowded anywhere, but delightfully lively each place.

Monday and Tuesday were both pretty dead and was crappier weather.

Today looking to be decent enough weather. Tomorrow looking rainy and cruddy.

Shockingly (to me anyway) they are allowing people into the bowl. No idea how they’re going to control that.
The Packers lunatic fringe is more visible because of sheer numbers. The Packers have one of the largest fan bases in all of sports. If the fringe percentage is the same as with other teams, then we end up with larger volumes of nut jobs. - JustJeff

Roughly 10 hours till we pick, the suspense now is overwhelming, will it be Harman, or Mykel Williams, or McMillan, Golden, Egbuka, or even Higgins, orrrrr Colestan Loveland a receiver TE with Jordy Nelson speed, a slot position monster,, how about a Will Johnson, who reports have him on life support and receiving last rights as I type this. :rotf:

whatever, gonna a be a hot time in ol Green Bay tonight :aok:

I’m posted in the Atrium right where I used to be posted on game day.

ahh Dude your bruising my mellow

very well could happen, I'am starting to lean back to Derrick Harmon DT, think the WR that fit our needs and slot value will be gone, same with CB, and we may lose Wyatt, and possibly see Clark hit the wall, taking Harmon just making more sense again.
