Re: Green Bay Packers’ News - 2025
I actually have a sneaky feeling that Willis signs an extension to stay in GB as the backup. It would honestly be the lower risk career move. Better to stay with a team as a desired backup rather than go to some trash organization and get thrown to the wolves only to be out of the league in 2 years...

Re: Who's on Your Wishlist?
Some guys I really like for us are Matthew Golden, Anthony Belton, Savion Williams, Barryn Sorrel, Collin Oliver, Warren Brinson, Micah Robinson and John Williams. You should check them out! :aok: My gawd if Sorrel is there in Rd 4 I am going to freak out. Think I heard he was actually gunna be at ...

Re: Jaire
Hobbs, Nixon, Bullard, all physical, can play more early downs.
Give Jaire a bunch of 1st and 2nd downs off.
When we want a dawg out there to cover on 3rd down, still not many better in the league.

Re: Cheese Curds - News Around The League 2025
Some Packer fans are hanging on every thread of Aaron Rodgers like some Viking fans are doing with Cousins. He's not on your team. Who gives a crap what he does for whatever team is dumb enough to sign him. :horse: I mean this is a news around the league thread. No, the viking fan is right. We shou...

Re: Call Me Crazy, but....
If Jordan Morgan isn’t good enough in camp to beat Rasheed Walker at left tackle, why would I trust him to be our succession plan there? Could just be we have 2 good LT's. I would set a pretty aggressive dollar figure to resign Walker, probably more than most. But stick to it, if someone goes ape f...

Re: Call Me Crazy, but....
I like them all. Mostly Tom at LT. If you are going to pay him like a top 10 tackle, if not top 5 or 3, get him on the left side. I still like the Morgan pick if..... he is good, I don't care where he plays. All I care is if he is good. If center, sure. I thought I would have liked him better at LG ...

Re: Pick 87 - Savion Williams, WR TCU
Cordarelle is the only comp that makes sense because he’s not a WR. But he’s 6’4 so he’s not really a RB either. Basically got a position-less gadget player. I guess it puts more pressure on our bad WR room but now this makes me question the Golden pick. Gutenbumst has never taken a single good WR ...

Re: Packers decline Quay Walker 5th-year option (but...)
Extension? For what? He hasn’t done anything. Make him earn it. That is exactly what a short-term extension would do. 5th-year option not even on the table since the NFL includes EDGE players with off-ball LB's for some ridiculous reason. Which is dumb, but known, which is also why it's dumb to tak...

Re: Packers Pick up Davante Wyatt's 5th Year Option
Look at the price and look at the contracts being signed. $13 is barely even starter money even more at many positions. It’s a very fair price for what he adds. Do we all obviously wish he was as better? Duh Did he prove worthy of that draft pick? No Does picking up his option prove the packers stil...

Re: Packers Pick up Davante Wyatt's 5th Year Option
Easy decision.
Wyatt by no means a game wrecker, but looking at some of the DT contracts that been going around, $13 for an above average passing DT an easy decision, IMO. Wouldn't have got anyone as good as him on the open market for that price.

Re: Jaire
the money is a sunk cost already baked in. I want him on the field for us. Or at his house on gameday if he refuses to play. Or at least a 3rd round pick for him. Only option i do not want it to cut him, we eat the cap space we have to eat, and he is rewarded for his refusal to play by getting to p...

Re: 2025 Dynasty League
Few other random thoughts. Draft is pretty easy going. Think we usually go sometime in July maybe. You get 24 hours on the clock when you are up, at which point people who are around waiting can agree to make a pick for you if you don't pick. Pretty sure that has never happened. If you know you are ...

Re: 2025 Dynasty League
So I am a newbie to dynasty FF and your multi QB rules etc. I am not above hearing/listening to any tips or advice that anyone is willing to give. :) The league revolves around QB's. You can start up to 3 and they get the most points. So ability to start 30 QB's each week, so you'll want good ones,...
